Nestled in the Strathcona community of Vancouver the ECOheritage Homes boast sustainable living both in its site and in its construction. This development revitalized and incorporated two existing heritage homes into a final seven unit development, in a neighbourhood with bikeways and various amenities that encourage walkable, sustainable living. Using HRV’s, Energy Star lighting/appliances, and high efficiency heating systems, including solar and air source heat pumps, the ECOheritage development features best building practices, and provide green homes with healthy environments for its occupants. E3 clients Dick and Karli are not only project owners but also homeowners in the development. ECOheritage serves as a stellar example of beautifully designed dwellings constructed with the occupants in mind. The ECOheritage project is certified LEED for Homes Platinum.
