Adera’s Seven35 is a townhome project on the North Shore featuring 60 units. Among Seven35’s sustainable features, the Waste Water Heat Recovery System is an innovative feature that preheats domestic hot water and saves homeowners up to 75% in energy costs. This system is the first of its type used in a private residential project in North America. Eco-conscious materials like low VOC emission carpets, water efficient plumbing fixtures and energy-saving lights were also used in the construction of Seven35. This project was the largest multi-family project under LEED for Homes Canada.
