Originally built as a school house in 1940, this building was transformed into a multi-family residential building featuring five townhomes. The schoolhouse, with two front units and three side units, boasts the original entrance. Green features include geothermal heating, permeable pavers, bamboo flooring, and a master switch to turn off all electrical items. The construction crew salvaged as much of the original building as possible and retained the original building’s frame. Each unit was built to accommodate live-work lifestyles.
