HR & Office Manager
After spending seven years managing education and training programs for the residential construction industry in BC, Michelle came to E3 in 2016 looking for a new challenge, with a keen interest to stay in the construction industry. Michelle took on the role of Office Manager; she oversees all day-to-day office operations, provides administrative support, assists with various accounting tasks and has transitioned into managing E3’s Human Resources. She is fulfilled in knowing she provides a level of support to the team that is critical to E3’s ability to operate smoothly and efficiently. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys small creative projects, a good book or Netflix show, and spending time outdoors with her two kids and dog named Sunday.
