Senior Field Technician

Ross joined the E3 team in 2019. He holds a B.A. in Environmental Geography from Simon Fraser University and brings a strong technical background to his role as Senior Field Technician.

Ross completes on-site airtightness testing and verification work across a wide range of projects. He also leads E3’s field team and works closely with project teams to ensure buildings meet program standards and performance targets. His work supports compliance with several major green building programs, including BC Energy Step Code, EnerGuide Rating System, Built Green, LEED, Passive House, and CHBA’s Net Zero Program.

Ross is particularly focused on helping construction teams achieve airtightness targets through practical, cost-effective solutions. He is proud that his work directly contributes to improved building performance, occupant comfort, and greater overall energy efficiency.

Outside of work, Ross enjoys creating ceramics, baking, and spending time with his cat Millie.
