Raja holds a Master of Engineering Leadership in High-Performance Buildings from UBC and an MBA in Construction Project Management, along with LEED AP, WELL AP, Living Future Accreditation credentials. With close to seven years of experience in corporate real estate and sustainable construction, he has managed the full lifecycle of complex projects, translating business requirements into measurable sustainability outcomes. His experience spans high-rise corporate office buildings, multi-family high-rise towers, small data centers, renovations and reinstatements, and large-scale multi-site consolidations, including a one-million-square-foot project that achieved LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certification.

Outside work, you can always find him behind the wheel of a capable truck or SUV, tackling offroad trails, or out at car events and roadshows.
