Dong has a Master’s Degree in Energy Management, focusing on energy efficiency improvement and greenhouse gas emissions reduction. Prior to joining the E3 site team, he performed energy assessments and energy modeling for new and existing homes. As a site tester at E3, he helps E3’s clients improve building energy efficiency and is involved in all types of air-tightness tests for Part 3 and Part 9 construction projects. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, visiting friends and relatives, and doing outdoor activities.
